1. Our "Crafted for You" Philosophy
To ensure every piece meets our exacting standards and perfectly fits British sizing, we operate a dual-processing system based on the item’s availability:

Standard & Custom Orders: These items are meticulously prepared and quality-checked upon your purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for order processing and crafting before dispatch.

Ready to Ship: Items specifically marked as "Ready to Ship in 24h" on the product page are held in stock and will be dispatched within 24 hours (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Once your order has been carefully prepared and handed to our couriers, the estimated transit times are:

Standard UK Shipping: 5–8 business days.

3. Shipping Destinations & Restrictions

Service Area: We ship to all residential and business addresses across the United Kingdom.

⚠️ Address Restrictions: We are unable to deliver to PO Box, APO, or FPO addresses. A physical residential or business address is required for successful delivery.

Address Accuracy: Once an order has been dispatched, we are UNABLE to modify the shipping address. Please ensure all delivery information is 100% accurate at the time of checkout.

5. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to update. If you haven’t received your order within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at support@sovaliving.co.uk.
6. Shipping Liabilities

Lost or Stolen Packages: SOVA Living is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after being confirmed as "Delivered" by the carrier. We recommend monitoring your tracking information closely.

Delivery Failures: If a parcel is undelivered or returned due to an invalid/incomplete address or failure to collect from a pick-up point, the package may be discarded by the carrier. In these cases, no refund or free reshipping will be provided.
